Refund policy
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of the incorrect items. No returns will be accepted if the product falls under the Special Price or Offer section. To place a refund, return or exchange request for an order placed with prativash.com, you would need to contact Prativash Publication via email at prativash.ecom@gmail.com with corresponding images of the defect if any.
Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days standard response period and we will notify you via email of the results. We reserve the right to extend the standard response time in exceptional cases with a prior notice to you.
Refund, returns or exchanges request are accepted up to 15 days from the date of placing the Order with prativash.com. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer.
You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that if the Order is already shipped or delivered we will not be able to approve the cancellation request.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if due to prativash.com error, when you need to contact prativash.com and make a formal request.
If the refund request is granted by prativash.com, payments are refunded as follows:
- Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (10) business days;
- Other payment methods will be refunded in ten (10) business days.
